Christ -The True Chiranjeevi...

Thousands of multitudes have thronged Chiranjeevi ' s maiden political meeting spearheading his Praja Rajyam political party. The mega star confessed – “ inspite of great fame ,comfortable life and wealth, i found a hole in my soul". He has revealed that there is hollowness in his life. He wanted to fill that emptiness by serving people and eventually by grabbing power like his competitors YSR and CBN. Millions of men and women have made him a demi-god. Certain sections of media have projected him as the messiah of the masses (The Indian Express-Aug12 ). Media manufacturing messiahs? What a foolishness ? Mortals have been seeking help in the mega- mortals(celebrities, political leaders).
What does the Bible say? Psalm 146 says-Do not put your trust in princes , in mortal men, who cannot save.
4 When their spirit departs, they return to the ground ; on that very day their plans come to nothing.5 Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God.7 He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets prisoners free,8 the LORD gives sight to the blind, the LORD lifts up those who are bowed down, the LORD loves the righteous.9 The LORD watches over the alien and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
These mega-men testify that there is no real peace, joy and contentment in their apparently mighty lives .What about common men and women? Ironically, these mighty vaccum-feelers have been the hope of our people. Who is the true Messiah and the Chiranjeevi (the immortal one) then ? Millions of mega men and women have been hailed as gods and demi-gods across civilizations .They passed away . All of them were defeated in the hands of death. Few apparently conquered death yet ultimately ended in Samadhis (tomb). But, one god-man conquered the death eternally for His believers by resurrecting from the tomb. He claimed that He is the only truth, the way and the Life. His name is Jesus Christ. He is the true Chiranjeevi . JOHN 14:6 - Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. He says- “Come unto Me all who are weary and burdened, I shall give you rest (peace, joy and contentment) (Matt: 11:28). Jesus warned us 2000 + years ago : Mathew 24:24 - For there shall arise false messiahs , and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Wanna be a real Chiranjeevi ?
Can our mortal star make you a Chiranjeevi (the eternal one)? By following him, can we share his wealth and power ? Is he freely approachable ?Can the commoners be his friends? All these mortals need is our blood to enhance their apparently sacred images.
The true Chiranjeevi ( Christ Jesus) makes us like Him and promises us eternal life .He became our ransom for the remission of our sins. He shed His Holy blood on the cross to redeem our sinful images .He destroyed death .Jesus says-" And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:16-20 NIV).".He was approached by the worst sinners and the prominent gurus freely. He embraces us as Friends (John 15 says) –13Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. 14You are my friends if you do what I command. 15I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. Jesus making us ‘Chiranjeevi’
John 5-24:Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life (Chiranjeevi), and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
The mega-mortal star chiranjeevi needs Eternal star of David-the TRUE CHIRANJEEVI- CHRIST JESUS
"My life has been fulfilled(naa Janma dhanyamayyindhi)"-were the words uttered by the mega-star after witnessing the lakhs of masses in his maiden political meeting .Some of them were alcoholic while he was talking about ban on alcohol. Many of them were teasing girls
while chiru talking about Mother Teressa(India Today –Telugu-Aug -issue).With this great followers, chiru wanted to establish people's kingdom. Great Vision. Best wishes. What about God's kingdom? Whenever this mortal star enters into public, there will be damage to the lives of his fans in accidents or in stampedes .What will be the destiny of his dead fans? Whose life has been fulfilled here? Can this chiru promise eternal life in making them as Chiranjeevas ? Shockingly, both hero and fans need to know the Truth. Jesus (Matthew 16-26) says - For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?.
Can the likes of Chiranjeevi (celebrities and mass leaders ) answer the above question ?One might have gained the hearts of millions. But , the truth is - oneday he/she has to loss his/her soul to death and devil along with their fans. Bible categorically says that if they don't have Jesus in their hearts as the only way, they can't be chiranjeevis eternally.
Praja Rajyam (Mortals kingdom) or God’s Kingdom (the Eternal life) ?
Decision-making time has arrived now ultimately. Where do you cast your vote ? Can the policies and promises of our prominent leaders help us in realizing our aspirations like the empowerment of weaker sections ,employment and education etc? Multiple parties have surfaced with the promises of social justice, economic equality, emancipation of woman, employment generation , free health , and poverty eradication etc.Aren’t we disappointed with the cancer-like corruption in our administration and society? Where is the real solution? Where do we put our trust for the redemption of our cardinal sin and its fruits corruption and other problems? How come we trust the unrighteous and unredeemed mega-men whose lives are empty(in their words) ? Unlike the ‘empty’ rhetoric political manifestos of the mega-mortals, Christ’s Kingdom manifesto has been full of fulfilling promises and policies. Wanna cast your vote to Christ to be His loyalist eternally?. Ponder over His policies and promises first! Christ-the Redeemer’s Manifesto : Jesus says (Mathew 6:33 promise) – “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well”.(Corrupt-free governance and Provisions for necessities of life)
Romans 14:17 promise of God says- “For God's kingdom does not consist of food and drink, but of righteousness, peace, and joy produced by the Holy Spirit. (Chaos and conflict free administration)
Acts 1:8 promise -But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; (woman and weaker section empowerment)
Galatians 3:28 promise -There can be neither Jew nor Greek, there can be neither bond nor free, there can be no male and female; for ye all are one man in Christ Jesus.(caste ,creed and gender equality society)
God ‘s promise for ROTI,KAPADA AUR MAKAAN-(Poverty Eradication policy) :
Mathew 7:11 promise - So if you who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who keep on asking him! Mathew 6:19-24 - "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not worry, saying 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble" (Matthew 6:25-34).

What else do we want?In Whom do we put our trust for salvation and solutions? Is it in the one who makes us the real chiranjeevaas or in the ‘Empty’ mega-mortals?Your decision makes eternal impacts. Reflect on the categorical sayings of Jesus-
Jesus answered, "Truly, I tell you with certainty, unless a person is born of water and Spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God.(John 3:5)
What should you do to cast your vote to CHRIST?: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved" (Romans 10:9).
Pray this prayer with deep repentence
Dear Lord Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of God. I believe You came to earth 2,000 years ago. I believe you died for me on the cross and shed Your blood for my salvation. I believe you rose from the dead and ascended on high. I believe You are coming back again to earth. Dear Jesus, I am a sinner. Forgive my sin. Cleanse me now with Your precious blood. Come into my heart. Save my soul right now. I give you my life. I receive You now as my Savior, my Lord, and my God. I am Yours forever, and I will serve You and follow You the rest of my days. From this moment on, I belong to You only. I no longer belong to this world, nor to the enemy of my soul. I belong to You, and I am born again.
Amen!

You are also the true Chiranjeeva now!- "But as many as received him, to them he gave the power to become the sons of God, even to them who believe on his name" (John 1:12).

a Little too Late……Life is short
she couldn’t take another year in prison. she couldn’t even think about it. it had become so loathsome that it was almost preferable to die than to waste away any longer behind those walls. so her appeal began, not to the governor, nor to the warden, but to the prison undertaker. the undertaker was responsible for all inmates that died. he placed them in coffins, sealed the coffins, and took them out for burial. after some time and female wiles, she was finally able to persuade the man to help her escape. the plan was simple. the next time someone died, he would allow her to get into the coffin with the dead body. he would then nail the lid shut, take it out to the graveyard, bury it, and return under the cover of darkness to open it and free her. there would be enough oxygen in the coffin for that amount of time.
eventually the opportunity came. someone died. according to plan, she sneaked into the darkened parlor and crawled into the coffin with the body. shortly after that, the lid was nailed down. she felt the movement of the coffin as it was carried out to the waiting wagon. there was a rocking motion as it was pulled out of the prison yard, through the gates that were locked upon her for so many years, beyond the walls that she could never climb. she felt the wagon stop in the beggars’ graveyard, sensed the downward motion of the coffin as it was lowered into the hole dug for it. a swelling sense of victory filled her. the ploy was going to work. she heard the clunking noise of earth being shoveled onto the coffin, until at last she could hear no more. now it was only a short wait until the undertaker would come for her. being curious, she lit a match to see who had died. in the brief flare of light she saw who it was. it was the undertaker. she screamed, unheard by the world above her.
this fictional story, first aired on alfred hitchcock presents, unintentionally poses a question. in whom do you put your trust for salvation? is it in a person, perhaps a religious teacher? if so, are you sure that he or she won’t end up in the coffin with you, a victim of death just as powerless as you? do you trust religious practices? then you must ask yourself if all the dietary regulations and meditation techniques in the world will free you when death and judgment come to call. perhaps you haven’t thought about it. you may have implicitly trusted that your sins will have no consequences, that you will float into a celestial paradise with no questions asked about your past life. and then, maybe you are trusting that there isn’t anything beyond the grave. will you find out a little too late, perhaps one second beyond death, that you were wrong? at that point, protests and tears will not change a thing.

the bible recommends one means of salvation, one savior, one name: jesus christ. we are told, "and there is salvation in no other, for neither is there another name under heaven given among men in which we must be saved." (acts 4:12) the phrase salvation in no other guarantees that, in the end everything will fail us most disastrously, except for christ.(this fictional story composed by by john myer-collected in Google)
